We are an Official Family Safety Plan Music School!
In order to keep our students, staff, and teachers safe, we have implemented the Family Safety Plan in our academy! This includes glass windows on lesson rooms to foster transparency between teachers and parents, full-time office staff so that students and teachers are never left unsupervised, requiring extensive background checks of all of our teachers and staff, security cameras in all rooms, and an open-door policy for parents, which means that they’re always invited to sit in on their child’s lessons. Many music studio desks are staffed by the teacher/owner or more commonly an answering machine. We have dedicated office managers who are available at the front desk to assist our clients.

King's Music Academy does not require semester minimums for lessons.
Every student here is on a month-to-month basis.

Meet Our Music Director
Chris Sanders
Chris began his journey in music at the tender age of 2 1/2 years old, learning piano from his mother, a seasoned piano teacher. Chris also learned contemporary music from his father, a musician and choir director.
As a valedictorian graduate of Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA (keyboarding), Chris' commitment to excellence is evident.
In addition to being a valedictorian, Chris has over 25 years of experience teaching piano, and serving as a music and vocal director. He loves pouring into the next generation of musicians with patience, dedication, and a deep love for teaching.

Sign up is easy and parent-friendly, with helpful staff at the front desk six days a week to serve you. Because we offer lessons on a month-to-month basis, there are no large upfront payments required, no complicated contracts, no annual material or performance fees, and no semester minimums.

$40/ 30 minutes
Lessons are available six days a week, and scheduled once a week.
A one-time registration fee of $50 (due only at time of registration).
Frequently Asked Questions
Are there opportunities for parent observation during lessons?
Parents are encouraged to sit in and observe during class instruction as long as it doesn't detract from the child's learning experience. In the event that it did interfere with the child's learning experience we reserve the right to ask parents to wait outside the class room in the hallway or lobby area. All classroom doors are left open for the safety and security of both the student and teacher.
We're not sure if we want to invest in an instrument. Can't we just see if our child likes the class first?
There are a variety of instruments available in a wide range of prices. If students are serious about learning it is vital that they invest in their own instruments to be able to practice consistently.
I don’t read music or play any instruments. How can I help my child?
You can help your child by carefully reviewing the assignment with them and lending an enthusiastic, listening ear. Your support will pay dividends in the long haul.
How much does my child need to practice?
We recommend practicing at least 3 days/week for 15-20 minutes for our beginner students, 4-5 days/week for 20-30 minutes for intermediate students, and 6-7 days/week for at least 60 minutes for advanced students.
